I don’t live in Orlando.
For now, we only do local Orlando/Kissimmee building. In the future, we can have your parts delivered to us, have us build it, and have it shipped out to your address. Subscribe to the newsletter for future updates.
What if a part doesn’t work?
If a part doesn’t work as soon as the build is finished, we’ll help you with returning the item on Amazon and getting a new one. If a part stops working during the next 30 days, we’ll hop on a call and help you return the item. After the 30 days, you will purchase the part and email us to get help with replacing it.
What if I don’t have the right cables?
If you don't have a specific cable, we can provide a spare one for 10$ at the time of the build.
What if the build takes too long and I’m tight on time?
The estimated time we take is 2 HOURS. If that time doesn’t work for you on a given day, you can always reach out to our email at the bottom of the website and ask for a rescheduled date.
​​What if something breaks later after the build is done?
If it’s a faulty product, we’ll help you return it to Amazon free of charge through call or email. We do not cover any user errors.
I don’t have a Windows license. What do I do?
We will have a USB Drive loaded with Windows 10 or 11 depending on your choice at the time. We will provide license keys to activate with no charge added.
My Windows says that it isn’t activated after the PC build is done.
The activation will be covered in the original build. We'll help you solve the issue on a call if the issue persists.
What if I want my PC overclocked?
We will overclock your PC to the best of our abilities free of charge upon your request during the building process.
What if I don’t know anything about parts/don’t know what parts to use?
Let us know in the form or email us by telling us what your budget is and what you’re going to use the PC for. We will reach out with a free personalized parts list that you can then order and we’ll continue with the building process.
What if I need a monitor/keyboard/mouse?
We will advise you on some options either in-person at the time of the build or online through a call or an email. We do not include peripherals in the builds.
​How do I transfer my old data?
We will transfer your data from your old PC to your new PC free of charge upon your request in the building process.
What if I want to move my drive to the new PC?
We will move your drive from your old PC to your new PC free of charge upon your request in the building process.
What if I want old parts inside the PC?
Let us know what old parts you want inside the form, and we will double check their compatibility with the new parts and let you know afterwards through email. During the PC building process, we’ll include the old parts in your new PC.
